Our property management team is available to assist you Monday through Friday 8:00 – 5:00. If you need to reach one of our office staff after hours or if you have any emergency, we have a TEXT ONLY service available. Please text us your name, address, maintenance issue & phone number to 1.864.305.8500.
Our office opens at 8:00 am Monday through Friday and closes at 5:00 pm. A live person will always answer the phone, if you call and someone does not answer, your call will be picked up by our answering service that relays the phone message to us within ten minutes and someone from our office will call you back as soon as we are available.

All non-emergency repair requests will need to be in writing. You can make this request written and drop it off at our office, email us at here or submit it on the tenant portal.
You will need to notify our office if you have any change in information. (i.e. phone numbers, email addresses or emergency contact).
Payments can be accepted by mail, dropping off at our office or drop box or made online through your tenant portal.
